I’ve been building things my whole life — but it took two very different careers, in Entertainment technology licensing and Big Five business consulting, to bring it into focus. In 2018, I built my first project, and when the pandemic hit in 2020, I made the leap from managing corporate projects to full-time general contracting — betting that building a home where someone could live, right in my own community, would be more fulfilling than licensing additional software into Hollywood. It was the best decision I’ve made.

I’ve gone all in since: earning formal education in construction, architecture, and real estate to back up what I’m managing in the field.

That combination — corporate rigor paired with on-site expertise — is what Isbell Built is built on. Today, we’re a family of curated subcontractors, hand-picked over years of working together, bringing the same discipline once used to manage seven-figure consulting engagements to every permit, budget, and finishing touch on your project.
